Early Season Mountain Conditions at Sierra!
For those who can't wait to get back on the slopes, the entire Sierra-at-Tahoe team is excited to offer solid early season skiing and snowboarding with limited terrain.
Whether people are looking to enjoy a beer on the plaza deck, pick up their season pass, or make a few turns - Sierra is excited to open the chapter on another season. This offers our guests an opportunity to dial in your equipment, get your winter swag in check, work on that goggle tan and start conditioning those spaghetti legs before the big one hits.
“While we’re waiting for winter to kick into high gear, we’re proud of what we have to offer on the upper mountain and are excited to get people up here and give them the opportunity to make a few turns” said John Rice, General Manager.
Our current lift status and open/groomed trails can be found on the Lifts, Trails + Grooming page.
Guests are encouraged to use caution when skiing/snowboarding as natural obstacles may exist and may not be marked and obey all signs + closures. Plus, preservation of snow will be key on runs where guests will be asked to “Go Slow and Save the Snow”.
*There will be no refunds due to conditions.
