Sierra Mid Season Team Session

To say that the Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort team is talented is a large understatement. Jamie Anderson is arguably the best female snowboarder in the world, Hannah Teter is an olympic gold medalist, Maddie Bowman and Julianne Brackett are on the brink of superstardom, while the rest of the team is busy collecting podiums around the lake at events like Snowboarder Magazines Superpass and Nike Chosen. The past week, those who were in town gathered for a fun mid season session and BBQ on Broadway. Check out the edit and some photos below to see what went down.

Sierra Athletes Dominate Winter X

3 Athetles, 3 Podiums! It's safe to say Sierra experienced major success this past weekend in Aspen, CO at Winter X Games 16.

Jamie Anderson took home gold in Women’s Snowboard Slopestyle, giving her a total of three X Games gold medals (2007, 2008, 2012). Anderson dominated the field earning the highest score in Women’s Snowboard Slopestyle history with a 95.33. She straight slayed it...

In only her second X Games appearance, Maddie Bowman took home silver in Women’s Ski Superpipe. Bowman continued her dominating 2012 competition campaign that includes earning second place at the North Face Park and Pipe and first place at the Dew Tour in Killington, VT.

Watch Maddie's Run Here...

Finally, X Games veteran Hannah Teter stood on the podium with a bronze in Women’s Snowboard Superpipe. Teter adds to her already impressive list of snowboard accomplishments, including Olympic gold medal and bronze medals.

Congrats to the ladies.
