Step 1 Complete the Athlete Application below for your athlete(s).
*This is NOT a purchase. Fill out the form below to complete the FIRST STEP.
*If you have more than 1 athlete on our teams, you must fill out a Team Application for each athlete.
Step 2 Follow this link to our online store to purchase your team product(s). – Sierra Store.
* If the team you want is no longer available (not listed in the Sierra Store), please follow this link to be added to our waitlist - here
Step 3 Read and sign the Sierra Teams Program Release Waiver - here.
*Multiple athletes can be signed for on the same release form.
Once the above steps are completed, the registration process is finished. If any step is skipped, your registration is invalid and will not register in our system.
After ALL steps are completed, the Sierra Teams Manager will contact you to discuss more program details and confirm everything was completed properly.
Our Teams will fill up fast and payment does not guarantee you a spot on a team. Priority registration will be given to our returning athletes, then we will open registration to fill remaining spots.
