Tanner Hall Invitational

The first ever Tanner Hall Invitational was held at Sierra Resort this past weekend. Tanner invited over 20 of the world's best freeskiers to throw their best tricks on the one-of-a-kind quarterpipe and hip feature. The riders continaully pushed one another and some of the most progressive skiers in the world were given an opportunity to shine. Check out the feature, a recap video below! As Tanner would say, INSPIRED!!!

The feature! Nice work Sierra Resort Park Staff

Over the weekend Sierra-at-Tahoe was the host of the 6th Annual Ralston Cup snowskate competition in Broadway Park. An emerging sport with an aura similar to early snowboarding competitions, this event had high energy with a fun flow. TransWorld Snowboarding was there to cover all the action, check it out!

The 2012-13 season continues to be prosperous for Sierra-at-Tahoe athletes, as Hannah Teter and Jamie Anderson made their presence known this past weekend at the Burton Snowboards US Open in Vail, CO. Jamie landed on the podium again with a 2nd place finish in Women's Slopestyle! Hannah also grabbed a podium spot with her 2nd place finish in Women's Superpipe! Congrats to these ladies for their continued success this season and keepin' it real for Sierra-at-Tahoe!
