Keepin' it Real at Sierra is... Rolling out of bed and heading to the mountain at a reasonable time, don't want to get up too early. Then riding all day with the occasional stop at the Sierra Pub.

	1.	I didn't snowboard or even go to a ski resort until I was 21 and now it is my passion!
	2.	I grew up all over the Easy Bay Area and went to Sacramento State so I know how it is to be a day skier.
	3.	I am color blind, don't make fun of my outfits. It can be interesting to snowboard on a snowy day...
	4.	After work I like to take my dog Kaya for a walk then cook something awesome for my wife, Jenna. She loves my BBQ ribs!
	5.	I LOVE to read.
I'm Keepin' it Real at Sierra ... Constantly enjoying the great conditions we have, the incredible tree skiing and the amazing views. Did I mention the tree skiing??

Eric Rhodes - Business Development Sales Manager (530) 543-3135
	1.	I moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Lake Tahoe for all of the outdoor activities. Snow in the winter and sun in the summer.
	2.	I enjoy running, biking, soccer, water sports and snow sports. Really, anything that is active.
	3.	I have three dogs and love being around animals.
	4.	Friends and family are significant aspects of my life.
	5.	I always have to be doing something, some may say I can't sit still.
Keepin' it Real at Sierra ... Nothing beats a powder day in the trees at Sierra. From Preacher's Tree Line to Jacks Bowl to Huckleberry Canyon. After three hours of hard skiing, I'll head up for some tasty BBQ at the 360 Smokehouse. It's the closest thing to Southern BBQ I have found minus the sweet tea, but I'm working on that. Then there's the spring days of cruising over in West Bowl and hitting the Circuit. I am spoiled here at Sierra Resort.

	1.	My passion is introducing people to the most beautiful place in the world and enjoying every possible moment in our year round playground.

Keepin' it Real at Sierra ... Eating the finest cut of tri tip steak at the 360 Smokehouse BBQ with a 360* view of the Sierra Nevada. Then I choose between a long groomer, the chutes of Huckleberry Bowl or my favorite (not to be disclosed) tree run.
