school group registration at Wild Mountain Ski & Snowboard school (children 5-12)

If your child will be participating in a full or half day lesson with us here at Wild Mountain through a pre-registered group program there are a few things that you need to know.  We understand that preparing your child for a lesson once you arrive at the resort can be a time consuming process. Below is a summary of important information to help guide you through this process smoothly and make it to your lesson on time.

8:00 am - Pick up lift tickets

• Group leader arrives at the resort to collect lift and lesson tickets from the Season Pass office.

8 am – 8:45 am - Distribution of Tickets

• Group members meet with the group leader at the Aspen Café located in the Main Lodge.
• Group members do not need to stop by the Wild Mountain ski school building at this point.
• All children will receive a single lift & lesson ticket upon which parents should write the following information:
  o First and last name of the child
  o Emergency contact telephone number
  o Allergies and/or dietary requirements
• Parent/Guardian should then rip off the white ‘Pickup Slip’ from the base of the ticket. Important: The Pickup Slip must be presented when picking up the child
• Each child will also receive a WM Rental/Release of Liability Form which needs to be completed and signed. This form can be filled out and printed in advance here.

Once your child has his/her ticket and their Rental/Release of Liability form filled out:

• For children up to 6yrs old:
  o Parent/Guardian must drop off child at the front of the Wild Mountain building by 9:15am with their rental form.
  o Equipment will be provided by Wild Mountain Ski & Snowboard School.
• For children aged 7-12:
  o Parent/Guardian is responsible for accompanying the child through the equipment rental process at the ski/snowboard rentals located in the Main Lodge. The Rental/ROL form will remain at the Ski/SB Rental.
  o Children must be dropped off at the wooden arch, with equipment, at 9:45am.

Pick up times and locations

• Half day pickup is at 12:00 noon at the wooden arch.
• Full day pickup is at 3:30 pm in the pickup area behind the Sierra sign.
• IMPORTANT: Children can only be picked up if the parent/guardian is in possession of the pickup slip.
