Kids Just have more fun

Designed exclusively for kids, Sierra-at-Tahoe ® Resort's on-mountain themed adventure zones feature terrain elements such as rollers, mini jumps and banked turns that keep children entertained, while signage and animated figures educate them on local history and animal species.  Each adventure zone focuses on a theme.  The interactive displays allow children to climb in and out of treehouses, caves and secret hideaways. Sound effects and smoke machines enhance the experience. 

• Bear Caves - Don't wak up the bear or you'll hear a fierce roar!
• Teepee Town - Located at the base of Grandview Express, Teepee Town’s trails wind through the trees and past Native American teepees. Sound effects and smoke signals complete the adventure.
• Pony Express - Little riders will love galloping over the rollers, past horses and riders carrying the mail, to the Pony Express station. Sound effects make you feel like you’re on the Pony Express trail.
• Gold Rush - Be careful to avoid the shooting bandits as you make your way around the banked turns and past the tree house to the mine shaft full of gold nuggets.

A kid’s trail map makes it easy and fun for kids and parents to navigate through the zones.
